Jordan Honickman Barristers has extensive experience litigating insurance cases, both on behalf of insurance companies and their insureds.

Asher Honickman and Michael Jordan spent the first years of their careers working almost exclusively for insurance companies. We continue to litigate claims on behalf of insurers in various contexts, with a specialty in insurance coverage disputes. We also act for people who have been unjustly denied by their insurance company.

There are two situations when you will need to make a claim against your insurer. The first is when you suffer a loss for which you are insured (for example, your house is damaged). The second is when you have been sued by someone else for negligence or some other action for which you have liability insurance.
